Dear Absintheur! Probably you know and like the Jade Absinthes. They are distilled in France at the Combier distillery by Mr. Ted Breaux. Now Combier has launched a New Absinthe: l’Entêté. It is a classic naturally green Absinthe (with a nice packaging that reminds us of the Hendricks Gin bottle). The taste of l’Entêté is straight forward, wormwood is in the foreground with some spicy, slightly fresh citric notes.
